Master-Guided Shamanic Sound & Consciousness Work
Luter Meza guides participants into profound altered states without the use of psychotropic substances.
At The Mayan Shaman, expanded states of awareness are guided directly by Luter Meza through ancient shamanic chanting and vibrational sound work.
This is a structured therapeutic process, developed through years of experience teaching yoga teachers, students, and spiritual practitioners, and refined through ceremonial practice.
About the Session
Many people today seek intense spiritual experiences through plant medicines or psychotropic substances. What they are often seeking is clarity, transcendence, emotional release, and freedom from mental noise.
Luter Meza guides participants into profound altered states without the use of psychotropic substances.
Through disciplined breath control, overtone chanting, ancient tonal patterns, and intentional sound transmission, he leads the nervous system into natural expansion. The process is grounded, safe, and integrative.
Participants are not required to sing or perform.
The chanting and sound transmission are led entirely by Luter Meza.
Those who wish may gently engage with breath or tone, but the therapeutic depth of the experience does not depend on vocal participation.
Therapeutic Application
This work supports processes such as:
• Releasing addictive behavioral patterns
• Integrating personal loss and grief
• Reducing chronic stress and nervous system overload
• Supporting emotional regulation
• Creating mental silence and clarity
• Accompanying recovery from burnout or illness
• Restoring a sense of inner direction and meaning
The objective is not stimulation or spectacle.
It is therapeutic realignment of mind, breath, and consciousness.
Participants often report a powerful yet stable state of expansion — heightened awareness combined with deep peace.
Integration & Nourishment
Following the session, participants are offered traditional refreshments and beverages prepared on site. Nourishment is considered part of the therapeutic integration process, allowing the body and nervous system to stabilize after expanded states of consciousness.
Depending on the format, this may include traditional drinks and regional dishes prepared with care.
